ID 545843 - Floating Properties do not appear on a second monitor while UI scaling is larger than 1 with specific nodes in the Node Graph

Follow

Problem summary
Floating Properties do not appear on a second monitor while UI scaling is larger than 1 with specific nodes in the Node Graph.

Customer reported version
Nuke 14.0v4

Customer reported platform
Windows 10

Steps to reproduce
*Requires a 2nd monitor and 4K resolution on either.
1) In Nuke, open the Preferences > UI Scaling and set a value larger than 1 for both monitors. i.e 1.5/1.5
2) Close and relaunch Nuke. Close the Properties bin tab, then drag the Node Graph (DAG) to the 2nd monitor.
3) In the Node Graph, create a Framehold node and observe for the Properties window.

Expected behavior
The Properties bin should be available and display the knobs for the created node.

Actual behavior
The Properties panel is not shown for the specific nodes created in the DAG, and also includes the Project Settings bin. This occurs for nodes that are 2D+3D capable such as the TimeOffset, FrameRange, and Framehold nodes. This occasionally happens with the Group node as well. This also occurs regardless of scaling in Windows for the 4K monitor, where it can be set to 100-300% and still not appear correctly.

Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.

Reproduced by Support in:
Nuke 14.0v5 - Windows 10, CentOS 7
Nuke 13.0v1 - Windows 10
Nuke 12.1v1 - Windows 10, CentOS 7

Unable to reproduce bug in:
Nuke 12.0v8 - Windows 10, CentOS 7

Earliest version tested
Nuke 12.0v8 - The UI Scaling feature did not exist until after this version.
