Steps to reproduce
 
1)Use a machine with a timezone different than UTC

2)Create a new sequence with a few panels

3)Create a new PDF from that sequence
 
Expected behaviour
The contact sheet should be created with the correct time
 
Actual behaviour
The contact sheet time is converted to UTC. The sequence save time shows correctly in the local timezone, but the Contact Sheet shows the UTC time.
