Problem summary:
[S] AAF import randomly inserts unwanted panels and puts panels in the wrong location.

Seemingly non-deterministically, importing an AAF from Editorial can result in a sequence that randomly has panels in the wrong position, or additional gap panels.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create an AAF with nested clips
2) Import it to Flix

Expected behavior:
AAF imports in Flix should relink correctly and maintain the panel order/timing established by Editorial.  

Actual behavior:
After importing an AAF from Editorial, some panels sometimes end up in the wrong place and may be accompanied by unwanted gap panels.

Workaround:
No known workaround at this time
