Steps to reproduce
 
1)Create a sequence revision with multiple pages of panels

2)Select a panel on the first page

3)Scroll down and select panels from the lower pages
 
Expected behaviour
The story workspace should stay where the last panel is selected unless the user scrolls
 
Actual behaviour
The story workspace scrolls up to where the first panel is selected.
