Steps to reproduce
 
1)Create a Flix license with 2 users and run a Flix server with it

2)Connect a Flix client to the server and check for the license count against it every 5 minutes

Expected behaviour
The license manager script should return the correct license count every time
Seats in use: 1 / Maximum seats: 2
 
Actual behaviour
More than half of time the license manager returns:
Seats in use: None / Maximum seats: None
