Steps to reproduce
1) Download attached file and observe the file's size.

2) Open file in Modo and navigate to the Shading Viewport, delete the Environments under the Environments tab.

3) Navigate to the Groups Viewport and delete all layers.
 
4) Export the file to your preferred folder and observe the size of the exported file. 
 
Expected behavior
The empty file should be a small size.
 
Actual behavior
The empty file's size is much larger than expected.

Unknown.
