Problem summary
Changing the Axis setting of the Gaussian1D Bake Point Filter doesn't update the Preview.

Steps to reproduce
- Create a node with image data, such as a Cloud node.
- Create a Bake Point node and input the previously created node.
- In the Filters tab of the Bake Point's Node Properties, click Edit Filters.
- Select Gaussian1D from the Add Filter dropdown list.
- Turn on Preview.
- Set the Radius to a high value, such as 50.
- Try changing the Axis from 0 to 1.
- Unselect the Axis setting, and notice how the Preview doesn't change.
Expected behaviourAs soon as the Axis setting is unselected, the Preview should update the filter, taking the new settings into account.
Actual behaviourThere is no change to the Preview when the Axis setting is unselected.
WorkaroundTurning Preview off and back on previews the Filter with the updated Axis value.
