Problem summary
Nuke Studio hangs and sometimes crashes when loading many DnxHD files at the same time during a Sync Review session
This only appears to happen with DNxHD .mov files, other codecs like H264 and Prores are unaffected. Other file formats, like .dpx and .exr, as also unaffected
This can result in errors in the terminal saying:
[Warning][2023/05/23:14:20:06] PBC time out, result: 1
QThread::start: Thread creation error (Resource temporarily unavailable)
Or a pop-up error message saying:
boost::thread_resource_error: Resource temporarily unavailable

After this point one or both of Nuke Studio sessions are unstable
11A) Try playing back the host or client Nuke Studio sessions, one or both might not playback
11B) Try scrubbing the timeline in the host or client Nuke Studio sessions, one or both might not update the viewer
11C) Try opening any of the clips in a new viewer in the host or client Nuke Studio sessions, one or both might not update
Sometimes one or both of the Nuke Studio session will crash when doing step 11
12) Check the Nuke Studio session terminals, it will be filled with errors like:
[Warning][2023/05/23:14:20:06] PBC time out, result: 1
QThread::start: Thread creation error (Resource temporarily unavailable)
Expected behaviour
For Nuke Studio to be usable after importing DnxHD files during a Sync Review session
Actual behaviour
One or both of the sessions will become unstable and sometimes crash
Workaround

Reproduced by support
This bug has been reproduced in:
Nuke Studio 14.0v4 - CentOS 7
Nuke Studio 13.0v1 - CentOS 7
Unable to reproduce bug in:
Nuke Studio 14.0v4 - Windows 10, macOS Monterey
Earliest version tested
Nuke Studio 13.0v1 - Importing clips and matching media did not sync automatically before this version, so did not hit the issue, but did not sync until pushed either.
