Nuke crashes when using File>Save Comp As... on Windows with a user account containing non-ASCII based characters

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open Settings>Accounts>Family & other users and click on Add someone else to this PC

2) Click I don't have this person's sign-in information and on the next screen click Add a user without a Microsoft account

3) Make the User name with some non-ASCII based characters, for example Clément and follow the rest of the steps.
 
4) Login to new user account and open Nuke and create a Grade node
 
5) Click File>Save Comp As...
 
Expected behaviour
For Nuke to open the File Explorer window allowing you to browse to a location to save the Nuke script.
 
Actual behaviour
Nuke crashes displaying TypeError: filenameFilter() missing 1 required positional argument: 'filename' in the Command Prompt window.
 
Workaround
Create a user account without any non-ASCII based characters.
