Final Color Output is not outputted as expected when using layered EXRs.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download the attached .lxo and open it in Modo.
 
2) From the Render Menu, select Render Animation...
 
3) In the Render Animation pop-up, set Save As to "Layered Images" and press the OK button.
 
4) In the Save Image Sequence pop-up, set File Format to "Layered OpenEXR 32-bit" and press the Save button.
 
6) Open Nuke and import the saved .EXR file.
 
7) Connect the .EXR to the Viewer1 and observe the results.
 
Expected behavior
The exported .EXR should have filled layers.
 
Actual behavior
The exported .EXR does not have filled layers.
 
Workaround
If the existing Final Color Output is deleted in the Shader Tree and a new Final Color Output is created, the image will be output correctly.
