Problem summary
Cryptomatte is not exporting to file when mPaths Shading Engine is set to GPU.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open the attached file in Modo.
2) Navigate to the Render Menu, and select Render Animation...
3) In the Render Animation pop-up, set Save As to "Layered Images" and press OK.
4) In the Save Image Sequence pop-up, set File Format to "Layered OpenEXR 32-bit" and press the Save button.
6) Open Nuke and import the saved .EXR file.
7) Connect the .EXR to Viewer1 and observe the results.
Expected behavior
The Cryptomatte should export to files when mPaths Shading Engine is set to GPU.
Actual behavior
The Cryptomatte does not export to files when mPaths Shading Engine is set to GPU.
