This issue seems to only affect CentOS.

Customer reported version:
Nuke Studio N/A

Customer reported platform:
CentOS 7

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Nuke Studio and select the option to Start a new Project...
2) Navigate to File > Import File(s)... and import some H.264 footage.
3) Drag the Clip from the Project Bin onto the Timeline
4) Right-click the Clip and select Editorial > Retime...
5) Enter a Rate greater than 100%, change the Method to "Keep source duration", and click OK:

6) Press the Play button and observe how the playhead outpaces the Playback cache, and playback performance suffers:

Expected behavior:
An H.264 file should achieve similar playback performance regardless of how it may be retimed.

Actual behavior:
The playback performance of retimed H264 files is poor compared to the same Clip that is not retimed.
