Steps to reproduce
 
1)Open an existing Flix revision

2)Delete the last 5 panels of the sequence

3)Try to change the duration of a still panel
 
Expected behaviour
You should be able to change the duration of a panel to whatever you want
 
Actual behaviour
The panel duration is grayed out with the last duration for that panel
 
Workaround
- Click on an animated panel in the sequence.

- If you don't have an animated panel in the sequence: save the sequence revision and reload the UI
