Nuke Studio/Hiero crashes with errors when cutting a BRAW clip on the timeline.

Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke Studio, import BRAW footage and add it to the timeline.
2) Select the Razor tool and cut the clip multiple times.
3) Continue cutting the clip observing performance in Nuke Studio.

 
Expected behavior
The clip should become cut and the software should remain stable and active.
 
Actual behavior
The application will crash with a segfault and display errors in the console/terminal for "ERROR_SERIOUS: Failed to open IBlackmagicRawClip!" and "Too many open files" when razoring the BRAW clip on the timeline. No Crash Reporter is given.
It has also been seen that Nuke Studio will crash with an out of memery error as "OSError: [Errno 12] Cannot allocate memory"
 
Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
