Problem summary
A one pixel border is visible when using the ScannedGrain node with a grain format smaller than the project format size in Nuke.

Customer reported version
Nuke 14.0v5

Customer reported platform
CentOS 7

Steps to reproduce
1) Download a grain file from the User Guide here.
2) In Nuke, open the Project settings (S).
3) Set the format size to be larger than the grain file image. i.e 6K Cube
4) In the Node Graph, create a ScannedGrain node.
5) Set the file path to be for the downloaded grain file.
6) Enable the Resize knob and view the edges of the Viewer for any artifacts.

Expected behavior
The grain file should be resized to fit the comp format size.

Actual behavior
There will be 1px of padding/space on the outside of the grain file. The image also exports/renders with the artifacting and is not just in the Viewer.

Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
