Steps to reproduce

1) Build OpenEXR

2) Launch Nuke in terminal mode

3) Run the following command:

import ctypesctypes.cdll.LoadLibrary('/path/to/libOpenEXR-3_1.so')

4) Close Nuke using quit(), it will crash

Expected behaviour
For Nuke to close cleanly

Actual behaviour
Nuke crashed on exit

Unknown.
