Nuke Studio/Hiero hangs when loading a specific project with Localization set to on or manual in CentOS 7.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download the attached .hrox project file.
2) Launch Hiero and open the downloaded project, observing the progress bar.
 

 
Expected behaviour
The project should load without hanging or freezing.
 
Actual behaviour
The progress bar gets to 90% and hangs and fails to load, and the application will need to be restarted.
 
Workaround
Open another known working localized project first, then the hanging project seems to load as expected.

Nuke Studio/Hiero 12.2v11- This issue appears to have regressed in the tested version.
