Viewport Hauling does not alter Strip Width as expected when Default Unit is set to Millimeters.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open attached file in Modo.

2) Navigate to System > Preferences > Input > Units.

3) Under the Distance Units tab, change the Default Unit to Millimeters. 
 
4) Select the Strip Width and enable Override Defaults.
 
5) In the Viewport Hauling popup menu for altering Strip width in the 3D Viewport, enter a measurement such as "15 mm" and hit enter to observe the results.
 
Expected behavior
When altering the Strip Width to mm, it should apply as mm.
 
Actual behavior
When altering the Strip Width to mm, it applies as um.
 
Workaround
Navigate to System > Preferences > Input > Units and under the Distance Units tab, change the Default Unit to Meters.

Unable to reproduce bug in:
 Modo 16.0v4 - Windows 11, macOS 11.7 Big Sur
 
Earliest version tested
Modo 16.0v4 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed.
