ID 544207 - Transform matrix, centers, and pivots not working as expected

Problem summary
Transform matrix, centers, and pivots not working as expected.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open the attached file in Modo.

2) Select the mesh and enable the Move tool and observe the pivot.

3) Disable the Move tool, then select the folder the mesh is in and zero it out.
 
4) Reselect the mesh and enable the Move tool to observe the pivot.
 
Expected behavior
If a transform, pivot, or center has been set, it should stay at the set values until changed deliberately.
 
Actual behavior
The transform, pivot, and center do not should stay at the set values.
 
Workaround
Remove the affected mesh from folders, then recreate the folders as needed.
