ID 544665 - Panel not originating from SBP will version up even if it is not updated

Problem summary
Panel not originating from SBP will version up even if it is not updated
 
 
Steps to reproduce
 
1)Create a new SBP sequence

2)Import the sequence in Flix

3)Add a layered PSD manually or using the Photoshop plugin
 
4)Conform the sequence back to SBP
 
5)Add an extra panel to the sequence in SBP (this step can be skipped)
 
6)Import the latest version of the sequence back to Flix
 
Expected behaviour
The panel added in step 3 should be the same revision in step 6 as in step 3 (as it hasn't been changed)
 
Actual behaviour
The panel will be versioned up. Reimporting the sequence again to Flix won't version up the panel further
 
Workaround
Unknown.
