Steps to reproduce
1) Download the attached files and open the .lxo in Modo.

2) Ensure the camera is facing the mesh.

3) Navigate to Render > Render Current View and observe the results.
 
Expected behavior
Surface Particle Generator should render the same on each operating system.
 
Actual behavior
Surface Particle Generator does not render the same on each operating system.

Modo 16.1v8 - Windows 11, macOS 11.7 Big Sur
Modo 16.0v4 - CentOS 7

Modo 16.0v4 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed.
