Holding Ctrl while adding a node from the Tab menu does not replace the currently selected node.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open Nuke.
 
2) Create a Grade node in the Node Graph.
 
3) With the Grade node still selected, press the TAB key to open the Tab menu.
 
4) Type in "Blur", then hold Ctrl and click on the Blur option from the Tab menu. 
 
Expected behaviour
The Blur node should replace the Grade node, when it is created from the Tab and the user is holding Ctrl.
 
Actual behaviour
The Blur node is created downstream from the Grade node.
 
Workaround
Unknown.

This bug has been reproduced in:
Nuke 15.0v1 - Windows 10
Nuke 12.0v1 - Windows 10
 
Unable to reproduce bug in:
Nuke 10.0v1 - Windows 10
 
Earliest version tested
Nuke 10.0v1
- This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed between Nuke 10.0v1 and 12.0v1.
