Denoise node does not output noise properly when the Temporal Processing option is enabled

Steps to reproduce
1) Open the attached script which has the same setup as the gif image below.
Expected behaviour
For the Viewer to display just the noise
Actual behaviour
The Viewer displays minimal noise
Workaround
Unknown.
