Problem summary
The Kronos node's Automatic Shutter Time knob doesn't apply motion blur when the Timing knob is set to Frame

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open Nuke and open the attached script: KronosAutomaticShutterTimeIssue.nk

2) Compare the Kronos node's, when the Timing (timing2) knob is set to Output Speed or Input Speed and Automatic Shutter Time is enabled, it creates motion blur. When set to Frame, no motion blur is created:
 



3) Disable the Automatic Shutter Time knob, motion blur works correctly in all Kronos nodes:
 

 
Expected behaviour
For motion blur to always be applied
 
Actual behaviour
When Timing (timing2) knob is set to Frame, and Automatic Shutter Time is enabled, no motion blur is applied

None.

This bug has been reproduced in:
Nuke 15.0v1 - Windows 10, Rocky 9.2, macOS Monterey
Nuke 10.0v1 - Windows 10
