Invert green normal bake option does not work as expected.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download the attached file and open it in Modo.

2) Navigate to Games > Baking > Baking Wizard.

3) Set the UV to "UVMap" and the Target Material as "low" then press the Next Step Button.
 
4) Select the "low" mesh as the Target and the "high" mesh as the Source then press the Next Step Button.
 
5) Press the Next Step Button then ensure a Normal Map is made with the "Invert Green" option enabled and another without it enabled.
 
6) Press the "Bake Only" button and observe the two created Normal maps.
 
Expected behavior
The "invert green" normal bake option should alter the normal map.
 
Actual behavior
The "invert green" normal bake option does not alter the normal map.
 
Workaround
Unknown.
