ID 564419 - Nuke crashes when Viewing a ZDefocus node set to output "filter shape setup"

Problem summary:
Nuke crashes when Viewing a ZDefocus node set to output "filter shape setup"

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Nuke and create a ZDefocus node in the Node Graph.
2) In the ZDefocus node's Properties, set the output knob to filter shape setup:

3) View the ZDefocus node, and observe Nuke's performance.
 
Expected behavior:
When a ZDefocus node is set to output its filter shape setup, Viewing the node should display the current filter shape. 
 
Actual behavior:
Viewing a ZDefocus node in filter shape setup mode causes Nuke to crash. On occasion, the filter shape may briefly be displayed in the Viewer, but Nuke will crash shortly after. 
 
Workaround:
Disabling the ZDefocus node's "Use GPU if available" knob seems to prevent the crash from occurring. 
 
Reproduced by Support in:
Nuke 15.0v3 - Windows 11, macOS 13 Ventura
Nuke 14.1v1 - Windows 11 - REGRESSION
 
Unable to reproduce bug in:
Nuke 14.0v6 - Windows 11
 
Earliest version tested:
Nuke 14.0v6 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed
