Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open Katana

2) Hold the Windows Logo key, click on the Katana window and drag.

3) Observe the crash and the following error message spammed in the console: [12787:12787:20240206,161412.098655:ERROR elf_dynamic_array_reader.h:64] tag not found
 
Expected behaviour
Nothing, or whatever OS behaviour is configured.

Crash
