Snapping does not always work when using the Topology Pen tool.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open Modo and navigate to the Topology toolbar.

2) Enable the Pen tool and create a shape in the 3d Viewport.

3) Enable the Topology tool and enable the Snapping toggle.
 
4) Disable then reenable the Topology Pen tool and select a vertice to edit and observe how the Snapping toggle is not working as expected.
 
Expected behavior
When Snapping toggle is enabled on the Topology Pen, the edited vertices should snap to the 3d Viewport grid.
 
Actual behavior
When Snapping toggle is enabled on the Topology Pen, the edited vertices do not always snap to the 3d Viewport grid.
 
Workaround
Disable then reenable the Snapping toggle.
