Tack Tool flickers and/or pastes item to the item's origin.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Download attached file and open it in Modo.

2) Select the smaller mesh and navigate to the Model toolbar.

3) Select the Tack tool and enable Copy Geometry.
 
4) Hold the LMB down and drag the cursor while it's over the larger mesh to observe the flickering.
 
Expected behavior
When using the Tack Tool, the object should appear visually stable without flickering.
 
Actual behavior
When using the Tack Tool, the object does not appear visually stable and has flickering.
 
Workaround
Unknown.
