Steps to reproduce
 
1) Download and open the attached scene file.

2) Press "O" to open the Viewport settings and in Drawings and Control set Replicators to All.

3) Select the curve item and set the Scale X to 99.5%. Notice that the replicated Teapots no longer appear.
 
Expected behaviour
The Curve Particle Generator should generate points on the curve of any length.
 
Actual behaviour
The Curve Particle Generator is not generating points on the curve.
