Steps to reproduce
 
1) Send 10 panels from a Flix show using 24 fps to Avid.

2) Add 23.98 fps video to the project in Avid and export an AAF.

3) Try to import the AAF to Flix.
 
Expected behaviour
The AAF should import to Flix and the 23.98 fps video should create Ref images.
 
Actual behaviour
The import process fails.
