ID 569295 - Flix cannot import a SBP file containing a Null character

Flix can not import a SBP file containing a Null character

Steps to reproduce
 
1)Create a SBP project and include a Null character in it

2)Try to import the SBP project
 
Expected behaviour
Flix import should finish without any errors
 
Actual behaviour
The import doesn't errors out with a message like 'error="XML syntax error on line #####: illegal character code U+0000"'
 
Workaround
Search the .sboard file for any Null characters, remove them, and try the import again.
