Problem summary:
Not all Panel data is populated when a new Panel is created via the API

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new panel with the Flix API, including some origin_sbp metadata in the request.
2) Observe how the newly created panel and panel revision does not contain the provided origin_sbp data.
 
Expected behavior:
When a new panel is created, all of the provided data should be populated on the panel revision.
 
Actual behavior:
After a new panel is created, only a subset of the sent data is populated on the first revision of the panel.
 
Workaround:
First create a blank panel, then populate the desired data (asset, origin, etc.), and save the panel as a new revision of the existing panel.
