Problem summary
Specify Matrix doesn't work in the Local Matrix new 3D nodes, like GeoCard/GeoCube/Camera4/Axis4
This only applies to the new/beta 3D nodes, the classic 3D nodes behave correctly

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke
2) Create a GeoCard, GeoCube, Camera4 or Axis4 node
3) Expand the Local Matrix, and enable Specify Matrix
4) Change the values of the matrix, nothing happens
Expected behaviour
For the Geo nodes to be transformed, or the Camera/Axis nodes to be transformed and the World Matrix to be updated
Actual behaviour
The values doesn't get updated, and something the objects in the 3D viewer disappear when Specify Matrix is enabled
