Problem summary
Nuke/Studio/Hiero will be slow to load when using "Localize To" with a large file directory in Preferences.

Customer reported version
Hiero 14.0v3

Customer reported platform
Windows 10

Steps to reproduce
1) Create lots of readable files in a single directory (100k+) on a local drive.
2) Launch Nuke and open the Preferences (Shift+S) > Localization
3) Change the 'Localize To' file path to the newly created directory with the 100k+ files.
4) Observe any performance in Nuke, then when it completes processing press OK to accept the changes.
5) Close and relaunch Nuke and observe performance.

Expected behavior
Nuke should load without any waiting for localization.

Actual behavior
Nuke/Studio/Hiero is slow to open when a large file directory is set for 'Localize To' in the Preferences. This has taken up to 10 minutes depending on the files/size of files in the chosen path.

Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
