Problem summary
Certain OCIO transforms (defined by a custom OCIO Config) can introduce significant color banding artefacts when images are processed for display purposes (e.g. in the Monitor tab or the Monitor Layer of the Viewer tab).

Steps to reproduce
1) In your Katana launch script, set the OCIO environment variableto point to a custom OCIO config.
2) Launch Katana and navigate to the Catalog tab.
3) Click on File > Import Image / Sequence, then select a image that displays a wide variety of color's, such as a color wheel.
4) Double click the imported Catalog entry to display the image in the Monitor tab.
5) Switch to a custom OCIO look in the Monitor tab.
Expected behaviour
The displayed image is clear of any artefacts.
Actual behaviour
The displayed image includes color banding artefacts.

No known workaround.
