The 3D transform controls are missing when using the 2D Viewer.

Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke, create a 3D node such as Card3D.
2) View the node and attempt to apply 3D Transform operations using the 2D Viewer controls.
Expected behavior
The 3D transform controls should be available in the 2D Viewer.
Actual behavior
The 3D transform controls are missing from the 2D Viewer.
Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.

Unable to reproduce bug in:
Nuke 14.0v6 - Windows 10, macOS 13 Ventura
