Customer reported version

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke Studio.
2) Import a clip (File > Import File(s)...) and drop it on to the timeline.
3) Delete the clip from the bin view.
4) Delete the clip from the timeline.
Alternative steps

2) Import an EDL (File > Import EDL/XML/AAF...).

Workaround
There are a couple of ways you can work around this issue:
1) Temporarily connect the shot to some media (ie. right click > Clip > Replace Clip...) before deleting it.
2) Move the shots, which have do source media, to a new track and delete the track containing the offline shot(s).
