ID 560954 - New Projects sometimes create the Viewer node in the No Port List vertical mode

Problem summary
New Projects sometimes create the Viewer node in the No Port List vertical mode. This seems to be the default behaviour when using Mari for the first time.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Mari in Safer mode
    
2. Create a new Project

 
Expected behaviour
The Viewer node should be on Port List horizontal mode, as all other nodes are.
 

 
Actual behaviour
The Viewer node is created in No Port List vertical mode, unlike all other nodes.
 

 
Workaround
The Toggle Port List action can be used to return the Viewer to Port List mode.

Mari 7.0v1 - Windows 10 - Rocky 9
Mari 6.0v2 - Windows 10 - CentOS 7
 
Unable to reproduce bug in:
Mari 6.0v1
 
Earliest version tested
Mari 6.0v1 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed
