lastmodified doesn't apply textures to some USD files

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Download the attached test.usd file
 
2) Open Nuke 

3) Create a GeoImport node, enable Display Materials and set the file path to the test.usd file

4) Create a GeoBindMaterial node, connecting it to the GeoImport node
 
5) Create a ConstantShader, set the color knob to green and connect it to the material of the GeoBindMaterial node
 
6) View the GeoBindMaterial node, it won't show the green shader
 
Expected behaviour
For the shader to be applied to the geometry:
 


 
Actual behaviour
The shader does not get applied, staying grey:

 
Workaround
Change the Mask to /* and the shader gets applied to all the geometry

Nuke 15.0v2 - Windows 10, macOS Monterey
Nuke 14.0v1 - Windows 10, macOS Monterey
 
Earliest version tested
Nuke 14.0v1 - The new 3D system did not exist before this version
