The Dope Sheet Tab scrolls indefinitely after attempting to click and drag a selection outside of the tab

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Launch Katana and click on the Dope Sheet tab.

2) Click inside of the Dope Sheet tab and drag the mouse until your mouse leaves the tab.

3) Observe the infinite scrolling that occurs.
 
Expected behaviour
The Dope Sheet scrolls at a normal pace and follows the users mouse.
 
Actual behaviour
The Dope Sheet scrolls indefinitely without any way of stopping and spams the following error.
