Follow

Problem summary:
Timelines are not restored when loading Nuke Studio/Hiero autosaved projects

Customer reported version:
Hiero 14.1v4

Customer reported platform:
Rocky 9

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Nuke Studio and navigate to File > Import File(s)...
2) Select a file to import, and create a Sequence by dragging the footage to the Timeline Editor.
3) Navigate to File > Save Project As... and save the Project.
4) Open the Preferences (Edit > Preferences...) and set the "force project autosave after X seconds" field to a low value like 1.
5) Make a change to the Project that would trigger an autosave, such as repositioning a Clip on the Timeline or using the Razor tool.
6) Navigate to File > Open Recent Project... and select the Project created in step 3 (Alt+Shift+1). When notified that the Project is already open, press Ok to discard the changes and load it again:

7) When prompted to restore the autosave file, press Yes and observe how Sequence 1 is not loaded on the Timeline Editor or Viewer:

Expected behavior:
Loading an autosaved Nuke Studio/Hiero Project should also restore the state of any Timelines in the Project.

Actual behavior:
When opening a Nuke Studio/Hiero autosaved project, any Timelines (Editors or Viewers) in the Project will not be restored.

Workaround:
No known workaround at this time.
