Setting Missing Frames to nearest frame and turning the Localization Policy to on in a Read node causes the viewer to freeze on the first frame of an image sequence

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open Nuke and import an EXR image sequence

2) Attach the Viewer to the Read node and then open the Read node properties bin

3) Change Missing Frames to nearest frame and the Localization Policy to on
 
4) Wait for the footage to be localized and then press play
 

 
Expected behaviour
For the footage to play
 
Actual behaviour
The footage freezes on the first frame
 
Workaround
In the Read node properties bin, press the reload button next to the Missing Frames option
