Steps to reproduce
1) Download the attached file and import it into Modo using Power Translator.

2) Select all meshes in the 3D Viewport.

3) Navigate to Geometry > Mesh Cleanup and on the pop-up press OK.
 
4) Repeate step 3 as needed until Modo becomes unstable. 
 
Expected behavior
The Mesh Cleanup should not affect Modo's stability.
 
Actual behavior
The Mesh Cleanup affects Modo's stability.
 
Workaround
Unknown.

Unable to reproduce bug in:
16.1v8 - macOS 13
15.0v1 - Windows 11
 
Earliest version tested
15.0v1 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed.
