Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open Nuke Studio/Hiero

2) Import any clips, and add them to a sequence

3) Switch to the Conforming workspace with Workspace>Conforming 
 
4) Scrub the playhead in the timeline, so a clip is auto/soft selected
 
5) Select items in the Spreadsheet view, it doesn't update the timeline 
 

 
Expected behaviour
For the items selected in the Spreadsheet view to be selected in the timeline
 
Actual behaviour
The items weren't selected
 
Workaround
Move the playhead to a region of the timeline where nothing is auto/soft selected, the spreadsheet can no be used to select items.
Or select items on the timeline first, then you can select items in the Spreadsheet view
