ID 561005 - Markers from SBP cannot be edited in Flix

Problem summary:
Markers from SBP cannot be edited in Flix

This issue affects both named and unnamed Markers.

Customer reported version:
Flix 6.6.2

Customer reported platform:
macOS 13

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch SBP and create a Marker via Storyboard > Markers > Add Marker, and save the project as a .SBOARD or .SPBZ file.
2) Open the Flix client, and make sure the Markers Preference is enabled in Preferences > Panel Browser > Markers
3) Import the SBP project file saved in step 1 to Flix

4) Try to rename the Marker in Flix

Expected behavior:
It should be possible to rename any Marker in Flix, regardless of its origin.

Actual behavior:
Markers created from SBP imports do not accept any input except deletion. Additionally, after removing one or more characters from the Marker, its tooltip will display "Please shorten this text to 0 characters or less (you are currently using X characters)"

Workaround:
No known workaround at this time.
