Problem summary
The Near, Far and FOV settings in the Perspective tab are not correctly saved in the project.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Mari.
2) Open a new example project.
3) Switch to the Perspective tab.
4) Change the Near, Far and FOV settings to any other value, other than what they are currently set to.
NOTE: Do not move camera at this point.
5) Save and close the project. Do not close Mari.
6) Reopen the project.
7) Switch back to the Perspective tab. You should see that the Far and FOV values have been preserved but Near has not.
8) Change the Near, Far and FOV settings to new values.
9) Save the project and close Mari.
10) Reopen Mari and reopen the project.
11) Open the Perspective tab and you should see that none of the Near, Far and FOV values have been saved
12) Change the Near, Far and FOV settings to any other value again.
13) Move the viewport camera (ie. zoom in on the model).
14) Save and close the project. Do not close Mari.
15) Reopen the project and open the Perspective tab. You should now see that all of the Near, Far and FOV values have been saved.
16) Close Mari.
17) Reopen Mari and the project.
18) Open the Perspective tab and you should see that the FOV and Far aren't saved but Near is.
Expected behaviour
The Near, Far and FOV settings should always be saved for a project.
Actual behaviour
The Near, Far and FOV settings are not saved in the project.
