Problem summary
The Tile node adds filtering to the image, even when its rows and columns are both set to 1.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open Nuke.
 
2) Read in an image.
 
3) Create a Tile node downstream of your Read node.
 
4) Zoom in on the Viewer and notice the filtering that is applied.
Disabling and re-enabling the Tile node should show an obvious difference.
 


 
Expected behaviour
Even when the Tile node's rows and columns are both set to 1, the filtering is still applied.
 
Actual behaviour
When the Tile node's rows and columns are both set to 1, the image should be unchanged.
 
Workaround
Set the filtering on the Tile node to impulse.

This bug has been reproduced in:
Nuke 15.1v1 - Windows 11 - macOS 12 (Monterey) 
Nuke 12.0v1 - Windows 11 - macOS 12 (Monterey)
