ID 514722 - [Linux only] Crash when adding/removing Viewer tabs

Problem summary:

When using the main Katana UI to add/remove viewer tabs multiple times from the layout, Katana can crash (see comments for crash report links)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Katana, close the viewer Tab in the Katana Layout 

2. Save the layout with a new name

3. Close katana

4. Launch Katana again (Katana will launch with new layout without the Viewer Tab )

5. Add the Viewer Tab and then close the Viewer Tab 

6. Again add the Viewer Tab 

7. Repeat step 5 and 6 multiple times (around 10 times)

Expected behaviour:

There should be no crash

Actual behaviour:

After about 7 to 8 times add/close/add  Viewer Tab, Katana crashes

Workaround:

No known workaround.

This bug has been reproduced in:
Katana 7.0v3 - Rocky 9 - The crash with 7.0 on Rocky 9 appears to always occur as soon as the Viewer tab is closed.
Katana 7.0v2 - Rocky 9
Katana 7.0v1 - Rocky 9
Katana 6.5v3 - CentOs 7 - The crash with 6.5 does not always occur immediately after closing a Viewer tab, and several actions can be completed during that delay.
Katana 6.5v1 - CentOs 7
Katana 6.0v4 - CentOS 7 - Similar behavior as 6.5 line crashes

Unable to reproduce bug in:
Katana 5.0v7

Katana 5.0v7 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed
