Problem summary
Some floating panels cannot be moved or resized when Nuke is fullscreened on macOS.
The issue is not occurring on other operating systems such as Windows or Rocky 9.

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Nuke on macOS.
2) Click the green maximize window button to make the application fullscreen.
3) Close the Properties panel.
4) Add a CameraTracker node to the Node Graph, observing the window behavior.
5) Attempt to move or resize the floating CameraTracker Properties panel.
 


 
Expected behavior
The floating Properties panel for all nodes should be resizable and able to be moved.
 
Actual behavior
The floating panel will be center on the screen and unable to be resized. This issue does not occur on all nodes, but does occur on nodes such as the CameraTracker, Viewer, HueCorrect, ColorCorrect, etc.
 
Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.

Nuke 15.1v2 - macOS 13 Ventura
Nuke 14.0v1 - macOS 13 Ventura - regression
 
Unable to reproduce bug in:
Nuke 15.1v2 - Windows 10/11, Rocky 9
Nuke 13.2v9 - macOS 13 Ventura
 
Earliest version tested
Nuke 13.2v9 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed
